How we send it
- Dispatch within 48 hours
- Every in-stock order leaves our New Delhi desk within 48 hours of payment confirmation. If a unit needs a final check before it goes out, we message you first.
- Packed like the product deserves
- Your device goes out in its original box with the accessories listed on the product page, wrapped and double-boxed for the courier. Cameras and lenses get extra padding.
- Insured and tracked
- All parcels are insured for their full value and sent with a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. High-value orders may need an OTP or ID check on delivery.
- Where we deliver
- Pan-India to every serviceable pincode. Remote locations can add 1–3 days. We currently ship within India only.
- Open the parcel on camera
- Please record an unboxing video when you open your order. If anything is damaged in transit, send it to us within 24 hours and we will sort it with the courier.
